The firm has many years of collective experience and an impressive track record. Frederic J. Siegel is a member of both the Connecticut and New York Bars and admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Siegel has practiced almost exclusively in family law since 1983 (a member of Fitzmaurice & Siegel since 2002). He has been a featured commentator on divorce and related topics for CNN, Good Morning America, and Inside Edition and has been quoted as an expert on matrimonial law in The Wall Street Journal, Chicago Sun Times and various other publications. Mr. Siegel is also a Fellow of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. The IAML is a worldwide association of practising lawyers who are recognised by their peers as the most experienced and expert family law specialists in their respective countries. Fred is a member of the American Arbitration Association and able to arbitrate matrimonial disputes between parties.

Reilly has practiced client-centered family law involving divorce, support and parenting issues, post-judgment modifications and enforcement in the Stamford, Bridgeport and Danbury courts for nearly 25 years. While having tried numerous cases and motions to the Court, George is trained in collaborative divorce which focuses on negotiation rather than litigation in the divorce process. In Addition, George is a member of the Collaborative Divorce Attorneys of Fairfield County.

She has practiced law for over 15 years. Prior to co-founding Siegel, Reilly & Conlon, LLC, she was employed at Fitzmaurice and Siegel specializing in family law and at Cummings & Lockwood as a trial lawyer. Attorney Conlon has successfully represented clients in a number of areas including complex matrimonial litigation, high net worth divorce cases and prenuptial agreements as well as custody, support, visitation, relocation, and post-judgment matters. Daken is a 2006 graduate of Illinois Wesleyan University, with a BA degree, Cum Laude, in History; and a graduate of the Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2009. While at Quinnipiac, Kevin worked as a certified legal intern at the Quinnipiac School of Law Legal Clinic, where he assisted clients with family, housing and employment-related concerns. Immediately prior to joining Siegel, Reilly & Conlon, Kevin worked as a clerk in Superior Court for the Judicial District of New Haven at Meriden where he dealt with a variety of civil and family matters, especially support and paternity cases. He also specialized in the Foreclosure Mediation Program. Attorney Daken is a Paul Harris Fellow of the Peoria Rotary Club of Rotary International. While at Quinnipiac, he was awarded the James R. DeFonce Memorial Scholarship for his advocacy on behalf of the disabled; and the Award for Excellence in Clinical Work for his work at the School of Law Legal Clinic. Ross Kaufman has been litigating family, civil and criminal law cases since receiving his Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 2003. His approach to the practice of law continues to seek simple, fair solutions to real-world problems, and to resolve issues outside of court where possible. Attorney Kaufman graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1999 with a B.A. in English Literature. While earning his J.D. at New York Law School, he was awarded the New York Law School Scholarship for Academic Excellence and was an academic invitee to the New York Law School Law Review.
