Our Connecticut Divorce Attorneys Help High Net-Worth Clients - Confidentially, Powerfully, Effectively.

Siegel, Reilly & Conlon, LLC

Siegel, Reilly & Conlon, LLC, is the legacy of respected family law firm, Fitzmaurice & Siegel. Our Fairfield County divorce lawyers continue to provide comprehensive legal counsel in all areas of family law with a reputation for excellence in even the most complex and contentious disputes.

Frederic J. Siegel, a Fellow of The American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, is a nationally recognized expert in the area of matrimonial law. Worth Magazine named Mr. Siegel one of the top 100 lawyers in the United States in 2007. Fred has appeared as a featured commentator on divorce and related matters on CNN, Good Morning America, and Inside Edition. Mr. Siegel has joined with fellow Fairfield County Attorneys George A. Reilly, a lawyer with more than 25 years experience in family law, and Jacqueline A. Conlon, a zealous family law advocate, to establish the new firm.

William T. Fitzmaurice, who is of counsel to the firm and a member of the American Academy of Matrimonial Attorneys, established Fitzmaurice & Siegel in Stamford, Connecticut in 1994. Through insightful analysis, thorough presentation, artful advocacy, and creative problem solving, Fitzmaurice & Siegel earned its reputation as a premier matrimonial law firm in Connecticut.

George Reilly has practiced client-centered family law involving divorce, support, and parenting issues, post-judgment modifications, and enforcement for more than 25 years. While having tried numerous cases and motions to the Court, Mr. Reilly is trained in collaborative divorce which focuses on negotiation rather than litigation in the divorce process. In addition to family law, George has experience in a wide array of legal issues including real estate, trust, and estate planning along with business and entrepreneurship issues providing background for clients in planning and resolving such issues as a part of their family law matters.

Jacquelyn Conlon is a 1982 graduate of The George Washington University and a 1993 graduate of the Bridgeport School of Law at Quinnipiac University and has practiced law for over 15 years. Prior to co-founding Siegel, Reilly & Conlon, LLC, attorney Conlon practiced family law at Fitzmaurice and Siegel and at Cummings & Lockwood as a trial lawyer. Attorney Conlon has successfully represented clients in a number of areas including complex matrimonial litigation, high net worth divorce cases and prenuptial agreements as well as custody, support, visitation, relocation, and post-judgment matters.

Freda K. Roberts graduated from Florida State University with a BS in Political Science in 2001 and graduated from Quinnipiac University School of Law, cum laude, in 2006. Her practice areas include both Connecticut and New York. Prior to her employment at Siegel, Reilly & Conlon, LLC she was an associate of its predecessor firm, Fitzmaurice & Siegel.

Linsey E. Capecelatro joined Siegel, Reilly & Conlon as an associate in January 2010. Linsey is a 2009 graduate of Albany Law School and she received a B.A. degree from Union College in 2006. Linsey is a native of Orange, Connecticut. Prior to joining Siegel, Reilly & Conlon, LLC, Linsey worked for several judges as a clerk in the Connecticut Superior Court involving family law cases.
